The spray gun produced by electroplating process breaks the oxidation phenomenon of the traditional spray gun in humid environment, and can resist corrosion and friction.

The spray gun nozzle is made of 304 stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and abrasion. At the same time, it is equipped with a compound needle with a patent number of CN107081232A to adapt to special performance coatings. Such as: ceramic coatings with high abrasion performance, PTFE coatings, water-based coatings with high solid content, special coatings containing sand and so on.

The air cap is made of environmentally friendly copper alloy after five-axis CNC machining. Each atomizing cap has undergone professional testing and test spraying to prevent poor atomization during spraying, thereby reducing the defective rate caused by spray gun spraying in production.

The nozzle diameter also refers to the effective diameter through which the coating particles can pass. The data in the table in the front column is the code. The parameter code needs to be filled in when ordering.

The parameter reading in the atomization pressure needs to be read in conjunction with a professional spraying air pressure gauge. The parameters in the lower column are Mpa megapascal units, 1 MP ≈0.98Bar.

The front model is the model code of the universal circulation spray gun, and the model in the back column is our company's order model code.

The minimum particle diameter is measured by laser diffraction. Depending on the viscosity, there will be substantial differences. Do not use it as a basis for production. It is only used to distinguish the effect that the spray gun can achieve under specific conditions.
