Spray gun selection for nano-silver coating process:

Large parts: choose PE spray gun, adjustable width size.

Small parts: choose double-head spray gun, can effectively save paint.

The main step of nano spraying, is spraying silver mirror reaction layer, the solvent of this process is highly acidic, PH value can be up to 2.6, which requires all the liquid runner parts of the spray gun must be able to withstand the corrosion of strong acid.
