On August 12th, the CNISOO technical team successfully completed the equipment installation at the Qingyuan construction site of Guangdong Dexin Sports Industry Co., Ltd. The self-developed helmet-specific spraying machine was officially put into on-site debugging. After numerous days of technical efforts, we successfully broke through the industry's pain points and overcame the spraying problem of helmets with brims. We achieved a pioneering technological upgrade in the industry and brought a brand-new automated coating solution to the helmet manufacturing industry.
Helmets are special-shaped curved workpieces with a unique brim structure and complex edges.
