Recently, Dongguan CNISOO Spraying Accessories Co., LTD. , leveraging its professional expertise and extensive experience in the field of painting production lines, successfully completed the comprehensive rectification and upgrade project for the second-hand painting rails of Huizhou Runchen Plastic Products Co., Ltd., and delivered it for use in mid-November. This collaboration marks that Changyuan Company has once again gained market recognition for its solutions in painting equipment renovation and efficiency improvement.

This renovation project covers the optimization of key links in the entire spraying line and the overall improvement of the workshop environment. The technical team carried out a systematic upgrade of the production line, including the optimization of the electrostatic dust removal system and the flame dust removal device, as well as the adjustment and integration of the PP water spraying, primer spraying, topcoat spraying and UV curing room processes to ensure an efficient, uniform and environmentally friendly coating process. At the same time, the company completed the installation and commissioning of multiple professional spray guns and matching oil pumps, and laid stainless steel plates on the production line floor, and carried out targeted reinforcement for the internal and external arc areas, significantly improving the durability of the equipment and the cleanliness of the production site.
