PAINT-SAVING SPRAY GUN

Installed in the paint inlet area of a manual spray gun or the paint inlet area of an automatic spray gun, it prevents impurities in the paint from entering the paint channel of the spray gun and causing contamination to the product, with a compact size of only 45mm in length and weighing only 20g.

GF-01, a gun type filter installed at the entrance of the spray gun paint, works as follows:

The paint enters the valve chamber from the filter valve chamber (1) with the outer tooth end (interface pipe) inner hole, filtered through the filter screen (3) into the filter element (2) inside, and then flows out through the filter valve body (5) with the inner tooth end (interface gun) inner hole, the impurities larger than the mesh aperture of the filter screen (3) will remain in the valve chamber, and can be removed when cleaning.
